After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Austin College, Katelyn entered the world of applied environmental science and began to explore her passion for teaching, laboratory science, and water/wastewater treatment.
Currently, Katelyn serves as the Utilities Manager for The City of Lewisville, Texas where she manages the water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, plant maintenance division, and utility line maintenance division. A Class A Water and Class A Wastewater license holder, Katelyn is one of an elite cadre of TCEQ instructors to be dubbed AA.
