Q
Why does my online training course display as incomplete after I finish the final quiz?
A
There are typically one or two slides after the final quiz. To complete the e-learning course, simply use the course outline function to identify and visit previously unvisited slides.
Q
When I'm in the e-learning course player, how can I tell which slides I have already visited?
A
Slide thumbnails and titles are displayed on the left or right side of the e-learning course player. When you visit a slide, its title is shown in a light grey font. By contrast, slides that haven't been visited are denoted by a title in black font.
Q
Why are there slide timers?
A
All licensing authorities require online training providers to ensure learners spend the appropriate amount of time in an online course. The contact time for a given e-learning course must equal or exceed the approved amount. For example, 60 (or more) minutes for a 1-CEU on-demand course.
Q
Am I required to pass all module quizzes?
A
All H2Online Training quizzes must be passed to complete the e-learning course. Never fear, though! We configured each assessment with the following:
Infinite retries
Remedial feedback

Q
Am I required to pass all pulse checks and learning activities?
A
Similar to formal quizzes and assessments, all H2Online Training pulse checks and learning activities must be completed and/or passed to complete the e-learning course. All pulse checks are graded mini/informal assessments and are configured to offer the following:
Infinite retries
Remedial feedback
Q
What is a learning activity according to H2Online Training?
A
Learning activities are interactions with an assessment component (i.e., questions designed to gauge your learning). They tend to be longer than mere interactions designed to teach content for this very reason. Learning activities can include the following:
Instructional content
Drag-and-drop exercises
Fill-in-the-blank questions
Multiple choice questions
Multi-select questions
Multi-select fill-in-the-blank
Sequencing exercises
Q
What is a pulse check and what's their purpose?
A
A pulse check serves a couple of functions. Pulse checks:
gauge your understanding of the learning content throughout the on-demand course.
break up teaching moments with opportunities for action.
Pulse checks are usually short, informal assessments that are no longer than two questions and can take the following forms:
Drag-and-drop questions
Fill-in-the-blank exercises
Multiple choice questions
Multiple select questions
Multi-select fill-in-the-blank exercises
Sequencing activities
